What do you get a Dad who isn't attached to stuff? You get him donuts....lots of donuts. We went to Dynamo Donuts, an artisan donut and coffee in the quickly gentrifying Mission District. The donuts are good in a quirky way. Too expensive but too yummy to resist. The flavors are mind boggling. We went to get a donut or two, but we ran into Laizu who we know from SF Friends School. She has a second job at Dynamo. She went beserk and gave us a free dozen and foamy, whipped cream topped warm drinks. There was no stopping her. We are blessed!
