Taken in the dressing room at Penneys on Memorial day weekend.
Getting a suit for Sarek’s elementary school graduation, suddenly very poignant to me.  He is growing up too fast.  I feel him differentiating and it breaks my heart.  Comes on the heels
of a sudden interest in hair gel, getting caught in his first big lie (see another post), and getting sucked into the group text vortex of tweenhood.

Sunday Games

Sarek had a big day in Little League and JCCSF Hoops.  It was important for him to have fun because travel ball for basketball has been demoralizing.  He was losing confidence in himself because his coach sat him on the bench while other players routinely made mistakes.  My apologies for poor video, I was trying to watch the game more than my phone.
