First I appreciated him in stillness, then I tucked him in.
Turns out this was the second to last night Sarek used a crib. We moved him into a real bed over the weekend. I read something last year about parenting. You pretty much remember all the firsts. The first tooth, the first step and so on. But "The Last" is elusive. The last nursing, the last hand holding the last kiss on the lips. I'm glad I got him on camera sleeping in the crib. I almost missed it.
Speechless.
