Nola was the cover girl for the 2011 catalog for AngelDear.biz . We hope this is the start of something good for her. Their website will probably change, so I captured this screenshot.

Oedipal

Sarek seems to have embraced Freud as a 3 year old. It's been building, but tonight it came out like a gale force when he wanted me to put him to bed instead of Brett. He said, "Daddy doesn't love me. I love Mommy. But I don't love Daddy." Isn't that the Oedipal complex summed up in three painful sentences? Possess Mommy. Eliminate Daddy. We talked about it a bit and then the boys went in for bedtime. I am dying to hear how Brett handled their "talk." Parenting can be so hard. Or, kids can be so brutal. Either way, it's painful tonight.

Angel Dear

Our sweet daughter has found herself on the fall cover of a clothing magazine called Angel Dear. We got the first proofs today. See below. It's sort of scary to venture into this world of child modeling. We will stop as soon as one of us hates it, especially Nola, and/or if it gets too high strung or maintenance. We're waiting to hear if Sarek and Nola will be picked for a magazine called Tea collection. Again, this goes as far as the kids want it go.
