Dad
is pre-haircut. He has gained back the thirty pounds he lost last year
after he had a stroke, couldn't swallow well, and was in and out the
hospital six times. Never a health issue and then six times in eight
months. Working on hand and finger PT in the upcoming months. Donated
the kids' Etch-a-Sketch to the PT cause. Nothing cuter than grandkids
orienting their grandpa to their Etch-a-Sketch. We have more leads
into Mom's medical issues. Mom burst into tears of joy
today when she laid eyes on us in the living room this morning. Tia is
at a silly movie with the kids and getting a much needed break. I'm in
a lawn chair in the driveway sipping on white wine I found in the back
of the frig. Airplane sample from an international flight, probably.
Parents are in their 80s. It's been in the 80s in this cute-as-a-button
town. Grateful. #chillin' #slolife
